One-Third of Teens Miss Regular Checkups

Out of 300,000 Minnesota teenagers, a new study found that one-third of them did not go for even one routine yearly checkup between the ages of 13 and 17. Each of the 300,000 adolescents had insurance that didn't require a deductible or co-pay.
