Cozy Cocktail: The Perfect Hot Toddy Recipe!

One look outside our window this morning made us realize the blizzard wasn't a dream. Right now it's Snow: 1, Big Apple: 0, meaning that the white stuff still has the upper hand when it comes to your plans. We've already given you a mini hit-list on the best Snow Day activities, but, not gonna lie, we're zeroing in on that which is nearest and dearest to our heart on a blustery day...alcohol. Jokes! But, seriously, we're not ones to say no to a lil' warm me up, and we think that in this inclement weather nothing will quite do the trick like a steaming Hot Toddy. Enter in Hari Nathan Kalyan, owner and premiere mixologist over at The Randolph at Broome, not a bad place for the whole "home away from home" thing when the temps dip below 32 degrees. He's sharing the 4-1-1 on an easy recipe that puts the "hot" in Hot Toddy. Now, get thee to your nearest Whole Foods to stock up on ingredients, or, if your laziness has already set in, "hot"-foot it over to his bar—we promise we won't make anymore puns using the word hot.
